Sparc Group Welcomes LK Gräv

Through the acquisition of LK Gräv, Sparc Group continues it's strategic focus on the energy transition and infrastructure. The acquisition also marks the Group’s establishment in Hallsberg.

Spårentreprenör Lars K. Gräv AB is an experienced and specialized rail contractor focused on track and groundwork within the railway sector. With over 20 years of industry experience, LK Gräv has established itself as a trusted partner for both public and private clients. The company’s service offering includes vegetation clearing, track laying, sleeper replacement, maintenance, snow removal, and various types of earthworks. LK Gräv also holds specific expertise in the servicing and renovation of tracks, including electrical installations and other rail infrastructure work.

The acquisition of LK Gräv is Sparc Group’s second since the summer, with additional companies expected to join the Group in the near future.
