We created our own academy
When we founded Sparc Academy, we did so with the conviction that real development requires relevant and engaging training tailored to the people it is meant for. With support from some of Sweden’s leading educators, we have created an academy where theory meets practice. By running our own training programs, we can quickly adapt the content to what is most relevant right now.
Everyone deserves the chance to grow
Since the launch of Sparc Academy in 2022, we have had the opportunity to train more than 100 colleagues across the Sparc Group. As we enter 2025, we are pleased to also offer digital courses that reach all our employees.
Together, we develop the leaders of tomorrow
Within Sparc Group, we conduct several in-person training programs each year for people in leadership positions, combining theory with practical exercises and collaboration. We complement this with digital learning, always with the ambition to grow together.
