Processing of Personal Data

Sparc Group AB (publ) stores personal data when you provide it to us. Your personal data is processed and stored by us in order to fulfil our commitments, make contact, or provide the information requested. The personal data that may be processed is primarily information you directly or indirectly provide when contacting us in connection with an inquiry, recruitment, or event registration.

The information we intend to collect and process includes your name, telephone number, and email address. You decide whether or not to provide any information to us. The data will only be processed by us, and in cases where we rely on another party to fulfil a delivery, they may also process it. We intend to process the data for as long as you are a customer or wish to receive our information or offers.

Under the law, you have the right, free of charge and once per calendar year, to request in writing, with a signed application addressed to us, information about the personal data we process about you and how we manage it. You also have the right under the law to request correction of any personal data we process about you. You always have the right to withdraw any consent you have given. If you believe your personal data has been processed incorrectly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Swedish Data Protection Authority).

You have the right to know what personal data Sparc Group holds about you, to request the correction of inaccurate or outdated information, and, in certain cases, to restrict processing or gain access to your data. In such cases, please contact the Data Controller at Sparc Group.
